Get prepared before baby arrives, not overwhelmed. In this class, we cover what to expect in the first days and weeks, how to get a good latch from the start, early signs your baby is hungry or full, and what to pack for the hospital. Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend, since having someone else who knows what to look for makes a real difference in those first sleepless nights. You'll leave knowing exactly who to call if something doesn't feel right.

RSVP: No cost to attend but registration is required (upcoming dates and registration below).
Starting Solids
Navigate introducing solids with confidence. Learn what signs to watch for, how to start safely, and how breastfeeding fits into this exciting new stage. We cover developmental readiness, proper positioning, and how to tell the difference between normal gagging and true choking, along with safe strategies for introducing new textures and foods, low and slow, to support healthy oral development and gut health.
When: Quarterly.

Milkie Way Cafe
Our free, drop-in support group for feeding parents at any stage.
