At Gulf Coast Lactation, we want to make professional support as accessible as possible. We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting the following insurances:
Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.​
To schedule your appointment and receive the link to submit your insurance information, please contact us directly. We will help you get on the calendar and process your coverage details.
There are no fees required for insurance-covered private consultations
(travel fee may be required - see below).
Private-pay consultations are still available for those without insurance coverage. The fees can be found below.
Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a wonderful way to support a new mom's breastfeeding journey. They can be applied toward any of our paid services, including prenatal consultations, in-home, and in-office visits. The gift certificate will be emailed directly to you upon purchase, so you can easily forward it to the recipient or print it out.

Travel Policy
Gulf Coast Lactation requires a travel fee of $50 if you fall within a 30-60 minute drive from our main office in Daphne, AL.
Travel arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis depending on scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Gulf Coast Lactation is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please notify us by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
If prior notification is not given, you may be charged $25 for the missed appointment. We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.

If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible; we may be able to waive the No Show fee.
